Installation
First, determine the Engine Preheater fixed location is below the water tank lid 20-40 cm at least.
Cutting off the warm air hose,connect the engine preheater inlet with that lower end of the cut off hose and lock it. Add antifreeze slowly until it overflow the outlet. Then connect engine preheater outlet with the other end hose.Fill the antifreeze and lock it. Exhaust the air of the hose.Check if there is any leak after filling the antifreeze.

Install Location
1。Engine preheater inlet should be below the water tank 20-40cm at least,so the preheater will not be dry damaged as to be lack of water.
2,The distance of preheater away from fuel pipes and brake pipes is not less than 10 cm.
3,Preheater outlet should be higher than inlet.

Using Notes and Summer Maintenance
1,Using the antifreeze supplied in regular factory,Guarantee that of non-degenerate, non-gelatinized.
2,Using over 15A three-phase power line,the power should be good connected with ground..
3,To ensure the smooth flow of the engine cooling system,clean it when it is necessary.
4,Forbid dry burn and guarantee that there is no lack of antifreeze when preheating the engine.
5,If you do not use it in Summer,remove it and fill it with antifreeze,tie the engine inlet and outlet. Keep it in dry place.
6,You can do not remove it if you using antifreeze long time.Take care do not get wet that preheater when cleaning your car in summer.
